Rehab is a raw, instinct-driven creator who makes art when he feels it, not when he’s told to. He calls himself a “shit artist,” but that’s the freedom in it — no rules, no polish, just perspective. His characters reflect real moods: lazy, reckless, stylish, quiet. Each one is a piece of him. Creating and destroying are part of the same process, and art is what keeps him out of trouble.
For him, it’s not a hobby.
It’s therapy.

Victor Ubabike is a Nigerian contemporary painter born in 1982 in Auchi, Edo State, whose artistic journey spans over two decades. He developed from Impressionism and Expressionism into his distinctive style, Geometric Figurative Expressionism, using bold geometric forms, layered colours, and expressive textures to explore identity, relationships, movement, African culture, and human emotion. His recurring red scarf symbolizes connection, memory, identity, protection, and the invisible ties between people. Working primarily in acrylic and oil on canvas, Ubabike transforms the human figure into contemporary compositions that balance abstraction with emotion. His work has been exhibited in Lagos and Abuja and is held in private collections. He lives and works in Lagos, Nigeria.
Carefully selected works from independent artists—authentic, original, and made to hold value beyond the moment.
